Please have all CreativeArts Registrations submitted to Aging & Community Services Central Office, 1531 13th Street Suite G900, by 4:30 p.m.
10/2/2012 - CreativeArts Drop Off 1 pm - 3 pm
Drop off items between 1:00 and 3:00 pm at the CreativeArts display area in the FairOaks Mall.  Items are not to be dropped off at Aging & Community Services office please.  Contact Terry Jackson at 372.6918 Ext. 2761 or 866.644.6407 Ext. 2761 if you need to make special arrangements.

Free community health fair at FairOaks Mall, 2380 25th Street, Columbus, IN from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.  Plan to attend the Creative Arts "Meet the Artists Reception" at 1:00.
